Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Rosie Wright Embroidery Art shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Licence to use website

-You may print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use.

-You may copy the content to third parties for their personal and non-commercial use, but only if you acknowledge the website and Rosie Wright Embroidery Art as the source of the material.

-You may not, except with Rosie Wright Embroidery Art’s express written permission, recreate, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the content on this website.

Payment

All prices are in pounds Sterling (£)

Once you have selected your item, you will be redirected to either PayPal or you may pay by debit/credit card via the website to complete the purchase. Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete a purchase. Customers using PayPal agree to be bound by the PayPal terms and conditions by using this method. Once the full payment has cleared, your order will be shipped. You will then receive a shipping notification and tracking code if relevant, to the email address you supplied at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is available all over the world.

All items are shipped from the UK and are shipped within 2-3 working days. If you require an urgent delivery then please get in touch via email to discuss this. I package each item thoroughly in tissue paper and a cardboard box/padded envelope depending on the product, to ensure a safe delivery to you.

UK:

Cards and prints: FREE

Everything else: £3.50

All orders are shipped first class special delivery and are covered by Royal Mail for loss or damage in transit. You will receive a tracking code upon receipt of postage. I cannot be held personally responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

International:

Cards and prints: £1.50

Everything else: £6.50

All orders are shipped international tracked and signed. You will receive a tracking code upon receipt of postage. Please allow up to 5-7 working days from date of postage for your order to arrive. I cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, duties, tax, loss or damage in transit.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before checking out. If you think you have made a mistake then please let me know ASAP so I can adjust the package.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates. There are many circumstances that may affect times such as customs delays and long distances. Once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond my control.

Please note: Any promotional offers such as free delivery throughout the shop are shipped standard untracked. Please get in touch to arrange otherwise.

Returns and defects

Your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost importance to me. If you do have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase then please don’t hesitate to get in contact and I will try my best to find a solution. If you would still like to return your purchase then please return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt, with the shipping being the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any disappointment.

Every product is designed and handmade with care and all products are shown as accurately as possible. Please be aware there may be slight variations in colour due to screen settings and lighting. If you would like a design in a different colour or size then please contact me for more information on creating a commission.

All bespoke commissions are exempt from returns if not suitable or liked. Please contact me via email to discuss ways in which we can find a solution. Further terms and conditions are available when ordering a bespoke commission.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please get in touch within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange can take place, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the shipping being the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties

Rosie Wright Embroidery Art does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the accuracy, timeliness, or longevity of the products offered on this website. If you properly care for your embroidery and follow the care guidelines then no issue should arise. If however, in the unlikely event that you damage your embroidery then please get in touch for further advice.
