About

After studying Textile Design at Falmouth University, I ventured to London to pursue my love of embroidery. I worked in couture, millinery and bridal studios, where I was fortunate enough to make hats for the royals including HRH the Duchess of Cambridge, and embroidery for celebrities such as Florence Welch. I am now based back in Devon where I have a small studio in which I design and make all of my pieces.

I combine my love of colour, pattern, texture and nature using traditional embroidery methods, which I add a modern twist to. Each piece of embroidery I consider a piece of art and no piece is the same. I am a magpie when it comes to beads, and I am always searching for intricate components in different shapes and colours to create something unique.

Embroidered art and hats take between 2-4 weeks to design and make depending on size and material availability, so I do ask for as much time as possible to be able to perfect your design.

I am currently open for commissions, so if there is a particular design or idea you have in mind then please do get in contact!
